Opus Guide $20 Gift Card Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: The Opus●Guide $20 Gift Card Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of UAB Documentum Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by UAB Documentum Group, located at Verslo g. 5A, LT-33114 Moletai, Lithuania (“Sponsor”).
3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of UAB Documentum Group as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.
4. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on October 22, 2024 at 10:00am EDT and ends on October 31, 2024 at 6:00pm (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
5. How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the survey provided by UAB Documentum Group during the Sweepstakes Period. One entry per person is permitted. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of UAB Documentum Group.
6. Prizes: Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) $20 (or local equivalent) gift card to GoGift (redeemable with dozens of local partners like Amazon etc). The total approximate retail value of all prizes is about $200. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution of prizes or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner will be selected by a random drawing each day for 10 consecutive days from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawings will take place daily at about 3pm EDT, and winners will be notified by email within five (5) days of the drawing. UAB Documentum Group shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 20 days from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
8. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Sweepstakes, You understand and agree that UAB Documentum Group, anyone acting on behalf of UAB Documentum Group, and UAB Documentum Group’s licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and worldwide, without limitation, your entry, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product where your likeness appears.
10. Terms & Conditions: UAB Documentum Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond UAB Documentum Group’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such a case, UAB Documentum Group may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the (if appropriate) cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension. UAB Documentum Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify anyone who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless UAB Documentum Group and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
12. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF LITHUANIA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Lithuania having jurisdiction.

14. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request to UAB Documentum Group at info@opus.guide. Requests must be received no later than November 30, 2024.
