What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your Opus Guide subscription at any time and continue to use your license until the end of your current payment cycle.
If you cancel your subscription within the 14 days free trial period, we will not charge your card.
What payment forms do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
I meant to cancel before the end of my trial but forgot - am I stuck now?
Life happens but don't worry, our 30 day "no questions asked" refund policy has got you covered. If you change your mind in the first 30 days of your paid subscription, please contact us at info@opus.guide for a full refund. Once you are past the 30 day mark, just cancel your subscription before your next payment cycle. Is the pricing per user?
Yes, each license entitles one user to the full set of benefits of their respective bundle. Exception: we are working on a Teams edition for multiple users, please stay tuned or contact us at info@opus.guide for more details. Am I entitled to updates?
We are constantly adding new features and working on keeping Opus Guide working smoothly for you. As long as you have an active subscription, you can access the latest version of your edition.
Can I upgrade my edition to a better offering?
Yes, you can change your subscription at any time under your account settings.
