Yes, each license entitles one user to the full set of benefits of their respective bundle. If your license includes Team,  team members with "editor" rights will have access to almost the full functionality as well (the main user will still invite others to the team and set privileges).

We are constantly adding new features and working on keeping Opus Guide working smoothly for you. The annual subscription means you will always have access the latest features included in your edition.

We do not want you to have to waste time thinking about whether you will work with Opus.Guide this month. You will find that our annual pricing is calculated in a way that makes a 12 month commitment easy for you (e.g. about $1 per month and user for 20 users of the professional license).  

We built the different tiers for different user groups:

"Hobby" could be used by anyone who wants to document something (You could "install" Opus.Guide on your phone and use it as an elaborate note-taking tool on the go or use our chrome extension to record a guide for your father to show him where to change language settings for his computer). "Essential" is for the professional with a need to share knowledge regularly whereas "Professional" is typically used by larger teams or managers who regularly onboard new team-members.
